Los tumores cancerosos requieren de azúcar y glucosa para poder sobrevivir, pero they REQUIEREN DE FRUCTOSA PARA PODER METASTASIZE. As to the short list of not to eat, here is an excerpt from one of my private emails as to what foods to avoid:

NO derivados del Trigo!

NO a las frutas y jugos de frutas. como piña, mangos, sandía, etc.

NO WHEAT PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO REFRESCOS DULCES, como la Coke, Pepsi, diet pepsi, etc.
NO azúcar
NO azucar artificial.
NO carbonated water. El agua simple siempre es mejor ok
NO chewing gums, whether they be xylitol, chicklets
NO corn syrup or fructose
NO aceites vegetales, except aceite de coco used para cocinar
NO alimentos fritos
NO calcium
NO large meals consisting of large amounts of meats
NO alimentos fritos de cualquier tipo

The above are most important. Partially cooked meats, not large portions ok. Tomar mucha agua durante las comidas. NO comer antes de acostarse and no large meals in dinner. La hora de la cena es mejor antes de las 5 p.m. No meals after this. Obviously nada de botanas y productos horneados.

Si tiene alguna dificultad para recordar la lista, evite todo lo dulce, especially in drinks of all kinds. Lo otro que se debe evitar es el pan blanco.
